In short
- These terms cover your use of this website and the enquiries you send through it.
- Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or a client relationship. Any project is agreed separately, in writing.
- Budget ranges and timelines in our forms are planning guidance, not quotes.
- Work labelled “Concept project” is self-initiated, not client work.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at frameingos.com (the “website”), operated by Frameingos (“Frameingos”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Frameingos is a founder-led digital product studio based in India. Our business registration is currently in progress.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the website.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you send us through the website.
These terms and project agreements
These Terms apply to the website only. They are not a contract for design, development or any other services, and they don’t set out the terms of any client project.
If we agree to work together, the engagement will be governed by separate documents agreed between you and us — such as a proposal, scope of work, service agreement, payment terms, intellectual property terms and support terms. If anything in those documents differs from these Terms, those documents apply to that engagement.
Project enquiries
You can tell us about a project through the Contact section or the Project Builder. Sending an enquiry is a request to start a conversation. It does not:
- create a client relationship;
- create a binding agreement for services; or
- guarantee that we will accept your project.
We review each enquiry and may contact you to discuss scope, goals and fit before deciding whether to propose a formal engagement. We may decline any enquiry.
When you send an enquiry, please make sure the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please avoid including highly confidential or sensitive information in a first enquiry; if a conversation needs it, we can discuss an appropriate confidentiality arrangement first.
Services information
The website describes the kinds of work we do, such as websites, web applications and SaaS platforms, mobile apps, AI features, automation, UI/UX design and brand identity. These descriptions are general information about our capabilities. They are not an offer to provide any particular service, and whether and how we can help depends on each project’s needs and scope.
We may update or change the services we describe at any time.
Budget ranges, timelines and estimates
Our enquiry forms ask you to choose an approximate budget range (shown in Indian rupees) and a target timeline. These options help you describe your project and help us understand it. They are preliminary planning information only. They are not:
- quotations or fixed project prices;
- guaranteed prices or timelines; or
- offers that can be accepted to form a contract.
The scope, price, timeline, deliverables and payment terms for any project will be agreed separately, in writing. Any estimate we give during early conversations is also a guide only, unless it is confirmed in a written agreement.
No payments are taken through the website. Payment terms, including any terms about refunds, are set out in the agreement for each project.
Portfolio, concept projects and testimonials
Concept projects
Work labelled “Concept project” is self-initiated work. We present it to demonstrate our design thinking, product thinking, technical capability and creative direction. Unless it is explicitly identified otherwise, it is not work commissioned by, or delivered to, a real client.
Names, data, figures and scenarios shown in concept projects are illustrative. They do not describe real results, and concept project names are not intended to refer to, or suggest any connection with, any real business or product with the same or a similar name.
Testimonials
Client testimonials are shared with the permission of the people quoted and reflect their own experience. They are not a promise that your project will have the same outcome.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of the website — including the Frameingos name, logo and branding, and the website’s design, copy, graphics, animations, interface design, code demonstrations, case-study presentations and concept work — is owned by or licensed to Frameingos. All rights are reserved.
You’re welcome to view the website, share links to it, and keep a copy of pages for your own reference — for example, while considering working with us. Please don’t copy, republish, sell or otherwise use our content or branding, or use it in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
Third-party materials used on or by the website — such as fonts, open-source software and libraries, and third-party trademarks — belong to their respective owners and are used under their own licences or terms. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of them.
Ownership of, and rights in, work created for a client project are governed only by the agreement for that project. Nothing on the website transfers or licenses intellectual property in client work.
Using the website
Please use the website lawfully and considerately. In particular, please don’t:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or related systems, or interfere with how they work;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- send spam, automated or bulk enquiries, or otherwise misuse our enquiry forms; or
- impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are or whom you represent.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on some third-party services — for example, Web3Forms delivers enquiry forms to our inbox. The website may also link to websites we don’t operate. We aren’t responsible for third-party websites or services, their content or their practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
No guarantees
Content on the website is provided for general information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and we don’t guarantee that it is complete or current.
Results depend on each project’s scope and circumstances. Unless specifically agreed in a written project agreement, we don’t promise any particular outcome — including search rankings, traffic, revenue or other business results, the accuracy of AI features, uptime, or specific performance results.
We also don’t guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Frameingos is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when our business registration is complete or when the website changes. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Updated Terms apply to your use of the website from the date they are published; they don’t change any project agreement already in place.
Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the website, are governed by the laws of India.
If you use the website as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms continue to apply. If we don’t enforce any part of these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
