Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Frameingos (“Frameingos”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with our website at frameingos.com (the “website”), including project enquiries you send us through it.
Frameingos is a founder-led digital product studio based in India. Our business registration is currently in progress; once it is complete, we will update this policy with the relevant details.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, email us at frameingos@gmail.com. Please also read our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us, plus limited technical information that is processed when the website is delivered to your browser.
Project enquiries
When you send a project enquiry through the Contact section or the Project Builder, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- What you need — the services you select, such as a website, SaaS platform, mobile app, AI features, automation or brand identity
- Your target timeline — the range you choose
- Your approximate budget range
- Your project description — whatever you choose to tell us about your project
The forms also contain a hidden anti-spam field that people don’t see or fill in. It helps filter out automated submissions and contains no information about you.
Please don’t include sensitive information in an enquiry — for example passwords, payment or bank details, health information or government identification numbers. We don’t need it to reply to you.
Emails you send us
If you email us directly, or send your enquiry from your own email app, we receive your email address, your name as it appears in your email, and the content of your message and any attachments.
Technical information
Like any website, frameingos.com is delivered to your browser by service providers that receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. See Hosting, fonts and external resources. We don’t run analytics or tracking on the website ourselves — see Cookies, analytics and tracking.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to:
- read and reply to your enquiry;
- understand your project and decide whether, and how, we can help;
- discuss scope with you and, if you ask, prepare a proposal or estimate;
- keep a reasonable record of our correspondence with you;
- protect the website and our inbox from spam and abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
We don’t use your information for automated decision-making. We don’t currently run a marketing mailing list, and sending an enquiry doesn’t sign you up for marketing emails.
Legal bases for processing
Depending on where you are, data protection laws may require us to have a legal basis for using your personal information. Where they do, we rely on the following:
- Your request. When you send an enquiry, we use your information to take the steps you ask for before any agreement is made — such as replying and discussing your project.
- Legitimate interests. Responding to business enquiries, keeping records of our correspondence, and keeping the website and our inbox secure. We rely on these interests only where they are not overridden by your rights and interests.
- Legal obligations. Where we need to keep or disclose information to comply with the law.
- Consent. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
In India, we use the personal information you voluntarily provide for the purpose you provided it for — responding to your enquiry — in line with applicable Indian law.
How enquiries reach us
When you send an enquiry through the website:
- Your browser sends the details you entered directly to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- Web3Forms emails the enquiry to the Frameingos inbox, a Gmail account. Your email address is set as the reply-to address, so we can reply to you directly.
- We read your enquiry and reply from that inbox. The email stays there as our record of your enquiry, as described in Data retention.
Web3Forms
Web3Forms is a third-party service that receives form submissions and delivers them by email. It processes the information you enter in order to provide that service and, like any online service, receives technical information about the request, such as your IP address and browser details. Its handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, available at web3forms.com.
Email delivery
Our inbox is provided by Google through Gmail, so enquiries and emails you send us are stored by Google as our email provider, under Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
If you use your own email app
The website also lets you send an enquiry from your own email app, with the details filled in for you. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and the message is then handled by your email provider and ours, like any other email.
Hosting, fonts and external resources
Hosting
The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. To deliver pages to you and keep the service secure, the hosting provider processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request.
Fonts
All of the website’s typefaces are served from our own website, so loading them doesn’t involve any other company.
If we change how fonts are loaded, we will update this section.
Who can access your information
The Frameingos founders
Both Frameingos founders may access project enquiries where necessary to respond to you and to operate the business.

Other disclosures
We may also disclose information where we reasonably believe it is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect our rights, the people who use the website, or others.
If Frameingos becomes, or is transferred to, a registered business entity, or is involved in a reorganisation, merger or sale, information may be transferred to the business that continues our work, which will continue to protect it in line with this policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes we collected it for — including responding to your enquiry and any discussions that follow, and for legitimate business and record-keeping needs — or for longer where the law requires it.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or, where deletion isn’t practical, keep it securely and stop using it. Our service providers may keep copies for periods set by their own policies.
International users and transfers
Frameingos is based in India and welcomes enquiries from around the world. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own — including India, the United States and elsewhere — where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal information, we aim to rely on appropriate mechanisms, such as those our service providers make available.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. The website is served over HTTPS, enquiry forms are sent over encrypted connections, and within Frameingos, access to enquiries is limited to the founders.
No website, email service or method of storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through the website or by email.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to how we use it, where applicable; and
- withdraw consent where we rely on it.
How to make a request
Email frameingos@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us what you would like us to do. To protect your information, we may need to confirm your identity — for example, by asking you to reply from the email address you used to contact us.
We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. In some cases the law may allow or require us to decline a request, or part of it — for example, where we must keep certain records. If so, we will explain why where we are able to. You will not be treated differently for exercising your privacy rights.
India
Where Indian data protection law applies, you may have rights to obtain information about how your personal data is processed; to have it corrected, completed, updated or erased; to have your grievances addressed; and to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity. You can raise any of these, including a grievance, by emailing frameingos@gmail.com.
European Union and United Kingdom
If the EU General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR applies to our use of your personal information, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase it; to restrict or object to its processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in particular in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement took place. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
United States
Some US states give their residents privacy rights — for example, to know about, access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale, its “sharing” for targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Whether these laws apply depends on where you live and on legal thresholds, such as the size and activities of a business. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. If a state privacy law applies, you can exercise your rights by emailing us as described above, and you may be able to appeal if we decline your request.
Other countries
If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under local law. Contact us and we will respond in accordance with the law that applies.
Children’s privacy
The website is a business-services website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
External links
The website and this policy may link to websites and services we don’t operate, such as those of our service providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when our business registration is complete, if we change service providers, or if we add new features to the website. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where changes are significant, take reasonable steps to make that clear on the website.
